Byebrook Farm

We are an 8th generation dairy farm. We milk 40 Holstein cows in a tie stall barn. We make and age Gouda cheese right here in our cheese plant at the farm. Milk is drawn off daily and sold by 1/2 gallons and full gallons in our farm stand.
